Isbrand Goske (circa 1626-1689) was the Dutch governor of the Cape of Good Hope from October 1, 1672 to March 14, 1676.

Born in The Hague, in the Netherlands, Goske became an officer in the Dutch admiralty. He served as commander at Cochin in Indo-China from 1665-67, and was a factor at Gamron in Persia. As governor of the Cape, Goske oversaw construction of the Castle of Cape Town, which was nearly completed under his governorship.

In 1676 he returned to the Netherlands and settled in The Hague.
